At STAR, we execute full assembly of industrial machinery and equipment—from unloading and positioning to mechanical installation, structural fabrication, and commissioning. We operate with our own equipment—forklifts from 3T to 10T, crane trucks, and aerial work platforms—allowing us to control timelines and solve on-site without relying on third parties. Our projects include Krones and KHS bottling lines, fruit sorting systems, Bosch boilers, and steel structures for plants across North America, Central America, and South America.

Machinery and equipment assembly
Bottling lines — Krones and KHS
We assemble and install complete bottling lines with Krones and KHS equipment: fillers, labelers, bottle washers, pasteurizers, and electronic inspectors. Each unit is installed, leveled, and verified to meet manufacturer specifications.
Palletizing and depalletizing systems
We install automatic and semi-automatic palletizing and depalletizing systems for production lines across various industries, covering mechanical assembly, leveling, and integration into plant flow.
Conveyors and elevators
We assemble belt, roller, and chain conveyors, as well as industrial elevators for product and material handling within the plant, ensuring continuous production flow.
Fruit sorting systems
We execute the assembly of fruit sorting machinery for agro-industrial processing plants, including positioning, leveling, and mechanical connection of each module.
Tanks, silos, and condensers
We assemble storage tanks, industrial silos, and large condensers, coordinating unloading, crane lifting, and final positioning within the plant.
Unloading, positioning, and rigging
We handle unloading, unpacking, internal handling, and positioning of machinery using our own equipment: forklifts from 3T to 10T, crane trucks, and aerial work platforms.
Production line maintenance
We perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on existing production lines to reduce unplanned downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Fabrication and steel structures
Steel platforms and pipe racks
We fabricate and assemble steel platforms in carbon or stainless steel, as well as pipe racks to support and organize process piping networks within the plant.
Mezzanine and industrial building structures
We design, calculate, and assemble steel structures for mezzanines and industrial buildings, using structural steel and welding techniques that ensure strength and stability.
Walkways, stairs, and safety guards
We fabricate and install walkways, steps, stairs, and safety guards for machinery in compliance with European standards, ensuring safe personnel access at all plant levels.
Mid-size industrial equipment fabrication
We design and manufacture mid-size industrial equipment in stainless and carbon steel for specific plant applications, including assembly, quality inspection, and installed delivery.
Heavy plate work
Electromechanical boiler installation
We perform electromechanical installation and assembly of Bosch boilers and large storage tanks, using cranes and specialized tools for lifting, positioning, and assembling each component according to manufacturer drawings.
Boiler maintenance and repair
We inspect, repair, and maintain existing boiler systems—including valve, gasket, and piping replacement—to prevent failures, extend equipment lifespan, and ensure continuous plant operation.
