Every joint matters. Every line is tested.
We weld, fabricate, and install industrial piping systems using TIG processes with full verification—from food-grade sanitary piping to ammonia and steam lines.
Industrial piping. From layout to final testing.
At STAR, we design, fabricate, and install industrial piping systems for the transport of liquids, gases, steam, compressed air, and refrigerants. We execute complete piping routes for beverage production systems and process plants in general. Our specialty is TIG welding, a process that enables high-precision joints in stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, and copper, with finishes suitable for the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. We also manufacture storage tanks and silos in stainless steel and carbon steel. Every system and vessel is delivered fully verified through hydrostatic testing, endoscopy, radiographic inspection, or passivation as required by the process. We operate in plants across North America, Central America, and South America.

What we do in piping and welding.
Three integrated disciplines: we weld, fabricate, and verify every line.
Industrial TIG welding

TIG welding for piping and tanks
We perform TIG (tungsten inert gas) welding on all types of metals and positions: carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper. This process enables high-precision joints with minimal spatter, low fumes, and clean finishes, suitable for applications with strict quality control.

Food-grade welding
We perform specialized TIG welding on stainless steel piping and equipment for the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, meeting the hygiene and sanitary finish standards required by each production process.

Welded structures and assemblies
We fabricate and assemble welded structures, mechanical assemblies, and custom parts using TIG welding and other processes, applying anti-corrosion treatments and finishes according to project requirements.

Tank and silo fabrication
We manufacture storage tanks and silos in stainless steel and carbon steel using TIG welding and complementary processes, covering everything from cutting and forming to leak testing and final passivation.
Process piping

Stainless steel sanitary piping
We install stainless steel sanitary piping for the transport of food, chemical, and pharmaceutical products, ensuring product integrity and compliance with required hygiene standards.

Steam systems, manifolds, and boilers
We design and install piping networks for steam systems, manifolds, and boiler connections, ensuring leak-tight joints and proper thermal flow throughout the system.

Compressed air — low, medium, and high pressure
We install compressed air networks from low to high pressure (up to 600 PSI), sizing diameters, supports, and fittings according to plant consumption and operating conditions.

Ammonia piping for refrigeration
We install ammonia (NH3) piping systems for industrial refrigeration, complying with safety protocols and technical specifications required for handling this refrigerant.

Water, gas, fuel, and cooling networks
We design and install piping systems for process water, industrial gases, fuels, and cooling systems. We execute complete piping routes required for production systems—including beverage plants—working with carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, galvanized steel, PPR, PE, PVC, and PPH.

Suction ducts and thermal insulation
We install suction ducts and perform thermal insulation (lagging) on piping and process equipment to maintain temperature conditions and reduce energy losses.
Inspection and testing

Hydrostatic testing
We perform hydrostatic tests on piping systems and vessels to verify leak-tightness and system strength before commissioning, detecting leaks or weak points in joints.

Radiography (X-ray) and penetrant testing
We perform non-destructive testing—industrial radiography (X-ray) and liquid penetrant testing—to inspect the internal and surface quality of welds without compromising the component.

Endoscopy and weld mapping
We conduct internal inspection of piping through industrial endoscopy and document each joint through weld mapping, generating a fully traceable system record.

Pipe passivation
We perform passivation processes on stainless steel piping to restore the protective chromium oxide layer, preventing corrosion and ensuring long-term performance in aggressive or sanitary environments.
