Paint booths and process extraction
Capture at the source, extract with control.
Many manufacturing processes generate aerosols, dust, smoke, gases, vapors, odors, or particles that must be extracted in a controlled way: paint booths, welding stations, grinding, drilling, mixing, or liquid transfer. The technical rule is to capture the emission as close as possible to the source, conduct it to filters or separators, and compensate the extracted air with adequate air supply. We design extraction, air supply, and recirculation systems tailored to the workstation and the space, with fans that can be installed on walls, roofs, ducts, or integrated into filtration modules. For areas with explosion risk or presence of solvents, ATEX, IECEx, sealed versions, stainless steel, or materials resistant to chemicals and temperature are evaluated. Capturing at the source improves safety, air quality, process cleanliness, and energy consumption.
