Sandwich panel for cold rooms manufactured with metal sheets (pre-painted steel or stainless steel) and a rigid PUR/PIR foam core. It offers low thermal conductivity, a high closed-cell ratio (over 90%), and strong load-bearing capacity, reducing thermal losses and improving cold room energy efficiency. Its antibacterial, moisture-resistant core makes it suitable for food, pharmaceutical, and logistics environments. Available in thicknesses of 50, 75, 100, 120, 150, 180, and 200 mm, with customizable lengths up to 11.9 m and an effective width of 1,120 mm. Manufactured in accordance with EN 13501 standard for fire reaction classification.

Coating options
The metal sheet coating is available in four options depending on operating conditions and installation environment:
Standard coating, good cost-to-protection ratio for indoor environments and normal conditions.
Greater durability and weather resistance compared to conventional PE.
Superior resistance to UV radiation and corrosive environments.
Maximum resistance to corrosion, UV radiation, and chemical exposure. Recommended for aggressive environments.

Each panel is manufactured according to the project's dimensions and thermal requirements. Customizable parameters include: length (up to 11.9 m), panel thickness (50 to 200 mm depending on required temperature range), surface profile (smooth, corrugated, or square wave), coating type (PE, SMP, HDP, or PVDF), sheet thickness (0.4 to 0.8 mm), and sheet material (pre-painted steel or stainless steel).
