Rapid door designed for freezer rooms with frequent traffic. Allows quick entry and exit while minimizing temperature variations and chilled air loss. Equipped with anti-freeze heating cables inside the sliding rails on both sides, with heating power installed in the control box to prevent ice formation on the rails and extend the system service life. Incorporates a self-repairing structure design: after an accidental impact, the curtain releases from the rail and completes self-repair in the next ascending cycle, eliminating maintenance costs and personnel involvement due to collisions.

Key features
STAR's rapid freezer doors incorporate the following features that make them ideal for high-traffic freezer room environments:
- Anti-freeze. Heating cables prevent ice formation on the rails, protecting the curtain and drive system from damage.
- Self-repairing. After an impact, the curtain releases from the rail and repairs itself automatically in the next cycle, without personnel intervention.
- Hermetic. The seal limits chilled air loss and reduces energy consumption in the freezer room.
- Operational savings. Reduces maintenance costs from collisions and energy consumption from cold air loss at frequent access points.
Custom fabrication
Each rapid door is configured to the opening dimensions, chamber temperature range, and traffic frequency. Customizable options include: width and height, curtain color, activation type (sensor, inductive loop, remote control), and safety accessories. Consult availability for special configurations.
