STAR carried out TIG welding work on food-grade stainless steel piping for process systems at the Coca-Cola ABASA plant in Guatemala, delivering a sanitary finish in line with the requirements of a food and beverage facility.
Scope of work
Technical execution organized by work fronts, with focus on installation, coordination and commissioning.
- 01Preparation and fit-up of stainless steel pipe sections.
- 02TIG welding of beads with a sanitary finish for process lines.
- 03Visual inspection of the welded joints.
- 04Cleaning and final finishing of the joints to industrial hygiene standards.
